My Two Favorite Mind Techniques To Solve Problems While I Sleep

The root cause of most human problems stem from negative thinking.
If you see yourself in the previous statement don’t beat yourself
down, there is an easy solution to change this habit. I am going
to teach you how you can change this tendency while you’re fast asleep.
You are going to learn two simple techniques to access your creative
mind while you and your conscious mind are asleep.

Your creative mind never sleeps this is the part that keeps you
alive while your are asleep, it regulates your heartbeat etc…
Your Creative Mind is exceptionally receptive, This is the best
time to access it to reprogram your subconscious mind since you
are going to avoid the resistance of your conscious mind. Your
creative mind can assist you in solving problems, making the right
decisions, in attracting money, respect, personal influence,
learning new skills etc… Imagine being able to feed your
creative mind at bed time with a problem you have to resolve and
waking up in the morning with the right way to go about solving
it.

Your creative mind also governs your personality, your character,
your personal drives, and your innermost hidden desires,
consequently, you are what your creative mind says you are. To
master yourself you need to remember that your are a mind with a
body, not a body with a mind. Put differently, your mind control
your body, your body does not control your mind.

The mind techniques that I am going to teach
you today are variations of one technique that I learned from my
mother when I was twelve year old. I used one of them to solve
math problems and the other one to improve my marks in high
school and university on all my exams.

When I had difficulty understanding a math problem, I would spend
thirty minutes before bed time on trying to solve it. If I was not
successful, I would put the book or the notebook opened on the
page under my pillow and while lying in bed, I would think hard about
the problem, I would review in my mind, all the steps I had tried
without success than, I would ask my mind to solve it for me while
I slept.

As soon as I woke up the next day, I would take the book or the
notebook, I would sat at the kitchen table and I would read over the
problem and the steps to solve the problem would come to me easily.

I will now share with you another way I used this technique when
I was in university. I had a final French to English translation exam.
The teacher gave us a 234 page book to read. She told us that she
would use the summary of one of the chapters as the exam. I bought
both the French and the English version of the book. Every night for two
weeks I slept with the English book closed under my pillow and I
would ask my creative mind the same information, please find me the
summary that will be on the exam. Every morning upon waking up,
I would take the book and opened it. Every single time the book would
open on the exact same page. I became convince this was the exam.

A week before the exam I made a copy of the summary in both
French and English and I took it to a friend that was doing a PHD in
English Literature and I showed him both translation and I asked
him to translate it for me in his own words. He told me that he would
do it for me, but he also mentioned that my technique was childish
and he bet me fifty dollars that this summary would not be on the
exam. I did not argue with him. I knew better.

I memorized the summary and I went to the exam totally confident
that my creative mind had provided me with the exam. Hold and
behold the summary was the same picked by my creative mind.
I was so excited that I could not write a word on the paper for more
than twenty minutes.

Not only I ace the exam but I also made fifty dollars. My friend who
was the logical type, dismissed my technique as unscientific and
claimed, that was a lucky coincidence.

I am not asking you to believe me. Go try it for yourself. This
technique can be use in may situations. I only shared two with you.
